Introduction
The portable infrared thermometer uses non-contact infrared detection technology to measure and detect the surface temperature of the human body. 7 inch screen clearly displays the real-time temperature. If tested temperature is abnormal, Sound and light alarm will prompt. The whole thermometer is designed to be light and convenient, which can be used alone or with walk through metal detector, and can also be integrated with related access control temperature measurement systems.
Features
1. Quick screening: Actively collect infrared thermal radiation temperature data, no human operation required, complete temperature measurement within 1 second;

Instructions
Firstly, fix the device on the corresponding test channel, plug in the power adapter, long press the "power button" on the panel to switch the machine on and off, and enter the main interface of temperature measurement as shown in the figure below:
● After starting up, press the enter key and enter the password: "000000" (default 000000) to enter the following functions debugging interface. (Temperature calibration, date and time, setting language, etc.)

Note: as the temperature sensor is affected by the external environment, the equipment should be started before temperature calibration, and the following temperature calibration should be carried out after standby for 15 minutes
Click the enter key in the main interface, enter the password 000000 to confirm, then you can enter the function debugging interface, select the temperature calibration, click the enter button to enter the temperature calibration interface as shown in the following figure:
Calibration Interface Description
● Detector channel: thermometer 1, thermometer 2 represent two detectors (currently only one probe bit is used)
● Zero point: the calibration value can be increased and decreased according to the ambient temperature of the place of use, so as to achieve the accurate temperature value.(Please note that zero is not set to 1.0)
● Field angle : the Angle of view of the data collected by the detector is used as a reference and no relevant adjustment is needed
● Parameter value: factory default 80 (adjustment is not recommended)
● Higher temper: the lowest value of the alarm of temperature on the high side is completed, and the default value is 37.3℃
● Ultra-high temp : the minimum value of ultra-high alarm for temperature measurement is completed, and the default value is 38.5℃
● Real-time temp: displays the real-time body temperature of the person being tested
● Show temp: display the highest body temperature of the person during the test
● Distance: shows the distance between the body part (such as the forehead) and the detector
● Amb temp: the current ambient temperature in which the tester is located .
Calibration Operation
● Enter the temperature calibration interface after starting the machine according to the above operation. The forehead temperature of the subject is measured with the forehead temperature gun, as shown in FIG. 36.2℃ :
● Measured personnel need to guarantee the forehead 5-20 cm distance from the test sensor, and then through the up, down, left and right buttons to select zero value adjustment to increase or reduce value (shown in the following figure to + 1.1 ℃). When display temperature is the same as the thermometer gun's shown temperature, calibration is completed. Then we click the "OK" button to back to main interface, temperature test can be normally performed at this time.
※ (The above test process is recommended to be repeated more than 3 times for better results)
